Accidental Damage Cover for Rental Orders

At Wardrobe of Friends, we want everyone to enjoy their rental experience from our shared wardrobe so we have introduced an optional £10 Accidental Damage Cover that covers an minor damages up to £50. 

If a small mishap occurs, such as a light mark, minor tear, or loose fastening, this optional cover ensures that any necessary cleaning or repairs are taken care of by our specialist team.

Included protection:

• Minor stains or marks

• Small rips, tears, or pulls

• Broken zips, missing buttons, or loose stitching

Exclusions:

• Significant damage beyond repair

• Loss or theft of the item

• Neglect, misuse, or intentional damage

Please note that any major damage beyond repair valued at £50 or more will result in the item being retired from our hire archive, and the person responsible will be charged the original retail price of the garment.

Our Accidental Damage Cover is non-refundable, even when items are returned just as beautiful as when they left us. Think of it as a little peace-of-mind investment in keeping our collection pristine for everyone to enjoy.
