Rental Delivery Service
Our style rental offering allows you to rent single and multiple pieces.
Our rental service is available on a 2 day (collection only from our showroom), 4 day and 7 day basis. Our flexible service allows you to hire items 7 days per week and can be booked instantly through our platform rental partners HURR and By Rotation or if you prefer to rent directly from us and save on service fees added by external rental platforms, email us with your requested hire dates to hello@wardrobeoffriends.com - we aim to respond to all rental enquiries within 24 hours.
Please note our minimum hire charge is 4 days for postal orders.
We ship orders via a 24 Hour Tracked delivery service so they arrive the next day. All orders are sent in an eco-friendly reusable parcel bag with a double sealant to make returning your item/items super simple.
Once your order is on the way you will receive tracking notification from our rental platform partners (or us if you're hiring directly) and continue to receive tracking updates from our courier service detailing what time your order is estimated to arrive. We advise that you are available receive for an 8 hour delivery window incase anything changes en route.

All items are freshly washed and pressed and wrapped in acid-free tissue or a reusable dust bag, secured with a branded sticker. You'll find a little hand-written note detailing instructions on how to return your item after wearing it.

Day 4 or Day 7
Please return your order back to us by 12pm.
Please use our reusable parcel bag using a tracked 24 Hour Tracked Delivery to our return address. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Please DO NOT wash or dry clean any of our rental pieces. Should you need to iron your item please read the care label and iron using the correct setting. Where possible please use a hand-held steamer that is kinder to clothes.

* Late Rental Return Disclaimer *
Any item that is returned outside of its rental window will incur a £25 late fee charge. All rented items must be returned by 12pm on the agreed return date using a reliable, tracked 24 hour service.
All items must arrive back to us by the agreed return date. We work hard to refresh our rental garments using the appropriate cleaning care ready for the next Wardrobe of Friend’s style community member to enjoy.
