Shipping for Rental Orders
We ship rental orders using a Tracked 24-Hour Service. We work with Royal Mail, DPD, and EVRI to ensure your order arrives safely. You’ll receive an email from us once your parcel has been dispatched, along with tracking updates from the courier so you can follow your rental’s journey. Please make sure your email address is correct so you don’t miss any updates.
We charge a flat rate of £5 for UK mainland orders. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship outside mainland UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Free shipping is available on UK mainland orders over £120
Missed Delivery
For security reasons, couriers are instructed not to leave parcels unattended. Please avoid choosing this option and consider alternative delivery arrangements suggested in the courier’s notification emails.
As a small business, we cannot offer refunds on missed orders where delivery has been attempted.
Returning Your Rental
Your rental can be returned anytime during your rental period, which ends at 12pm on the last day of your rental.
- Do not wash or dry clean any rental items.
- Reuse the original packaging where possible. The parcel bag has two sealed tabs; please use the second one from the top.
- Return postage is the renter’s responsibility, using a tracked 24-hour service.
